General Payment Terms & Conditions

Once the renderings are ready to download, an invoice will be generated and sent to you for payment. The accepted payment methods are by Visa, Mastercard and Wire Transfer. At the time the Order is placed, credit card information can be given over the phone and will be processed immediately, usually within seconds.

Wire transfers will be released when the funds transfer is received.

As soon as authorization is confirmed, an email will be sent to you with an embedded link to the 3D file for downloading.

Standard Fee Structure:

Hourly rate: $50.- (4 hr. minimum)

Daily rate: $400.- Typically 1-2 rooms (all views)

Weekly rate: $1000.- Typically 1 residence (all views)

Monthly rate: $3,500.- Typically 1 Commercial Building (5 Stories, all views)

Amounts are in US dollars;

Renderings are of unfurnished structure. Some additional time may be required for applying furniture & fixtures etc.,

Taxes outside Mexico are exempted.

HOW CAN I GET STARTED?

1. Just email me your .dwg file and it will be converted into a format that can be used for 3D rendering;

2. Indicate what you wish to have rendered (i.e. Master Bedroom, House exterior etc.,)

3. I will create sample images;
These initial renderings will have default colors, materials etc. along with a watermark that can be removed later;

4. I will mail you the renderings in a .jpg format that you can use as a reference.

5. Using your images as a reference, we will conduct a real-time session to make on-the-fly changes to the

- design and/or dimensions;
- materials, textures & colors;
- furniture & fixtures;
- tress, plants, landscaping and
- outdoor items

that you feel will give the most realistic rendering of the final design.(This usually takes a couple of hours)

6. Once you are satisfied with the results, just pay by one of the methods shown below, and an invoice will be generated for the service with a download url link for downloading the final design;

7. You download the file from the link provided. Once downloaded, you can use the file with your client to view rendered 3D images from different perspectives. (This requires that you download a free viewer that can work with the file sent to you);

7. You take the file to the customer to make your presentation!

While with the customer, you can have me act as a real-time backup to make the appropriate changes he needs until he has exactly the result he wants! Often, these changes can be made before you leave the customer's office!
